Recipe Developer

Nancy S. Hughes: A recipe developer and menu planner, providing clients with delicious, easy, family-friendly, and healthy recipes.

With over 25 years experience in recipe development for health-related magazines, branded product lines and cookbooks, Nancy has developed over 7,000 nationally published recipes. Healthy recipes are developed for health organizations, food councils, lifestyle magazines, and major food companies, often incorporating several branded products in each recipe. For many clients, we develop recipes with dietary restrictions, such as for people with diabetes, heart concerns, and those who are eating gluten-free. We take pride in our high ratings in test kitchens, and we provide detailed information about each of our recipes such as total yield, amount per serving, head notes, cook’s tips and other information upon request.
